Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your Lacati Blanket quickly and safely. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, though some orders may be fulfilled through FedEx or USPS.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Orders totaling $150 or more ship free within the continental U.S.
Orders under $150 will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking is available through your confirmation email or the Shop app if you choose to use it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@lacatiblankets.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is never delivered, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Please note that Lacati is not responsible for packages that show as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
