Care instructions vary by material and are listed on each product page. In general, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low or air drying. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve softness and color.

Yes. Orders totaling 150 dollars or more ship free within the continental United States. Orders under 150 dollars include a standard shipping fee that is calculated at checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days depending on location. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We primarily ship through UPS, although some orders may be fulfilled through FedEx or USPS depending on location and package size.

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lacatiblankets.com. We can update or cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping.

If your blanket arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and detailed photos of the damage. We will take care of it promptly.

If your package is lost in transit, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we cannot replace or refund packages that show as delivered but were lost or stolen after delivery.

If your blanket is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return or exchange. Email us for assistance and we will walk you through the process.
