We want you to love your Lacati Blanket. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition in which it was received

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lacati is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible for either:

• A refund to your original payment method, or

• store credit for a future purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please submit a request through our Returns Portal (recommended: use Shopify’s integrated Loop Returns app for a seamless experience).
Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@lacatiblankets.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or promotional items

• Final sale items

• Gift cards
